Name: Franklyn Storstrand
Age: Fifteen
Gender: Male
District/Area: District 4
Appearance:

- Looks almost exactly like his twin brother.
- Large, dark eyes.
- Curly brown hair.
- Smaller than his twin, about 6'2", and not quite as domineering in muscle, but still close.
- Just like his twin -- and his older brother -- he has a large nose.
- Bushy eyebrows.
- Worse hygiene than his brother, however.
- Clothes are worn out.

Personality:

- Was once just as much a bully as his twin is, but after Seah died he regressed into a sort of shell, staying mostly quiet unless provoked into a fight.
- Has always been the smarter of the two, focusing most on strategies and observing people, though he still favored strength and is handy with a spear.
- Still argues with his twin constantly.
- Introverted nowadays.
- Depressed.
- Angers at just about everything. Whereas his brother oozes arrogance and becomes angry when things do not go his way, Franklyn will look at everything around him -- his life, the people, the Capitol -- and hate all of it.
- He does not hate himself, and in fact holds a smug, confident smile on his face at most times

History:

- Trained as a Career since he can hardly remember.
- His parents pay attention to him, but he feels that he hardly knows them because they often work.
- Works quite a bit more than his twin does in the ocean, fishing or helping his parents with the task.
- Performs well in school, though lately he has been struggling socially as everyone judges his silence. Gets into even more fights since his brother died.
- Whatever friends he did have abandoned him when he stopped talking to them.
