Sparks, embers, flames, none can outdo the scarlet brilliance of her hair. A casual disarray of cascading waves fall long past her shoulders from her alabaster brow, ending just above her waist. Quite the distance, especially at her height of 5'7". Contradictory to popular belief, though she comes off as a beauty, really she¡¯s rather plain when in the shadow of others. But no matter, some may be under the impression of vibrancy, viewing her as a glinting diamond among a bed of coal, but take a second glance and she really is none too special. She¡¯s caught the eye of many she's met and encountered. But all have been discouraged perhaps, by the steely gaze of arctic coolness, in the most peculiar shade of blue. The hue resembles that of frigid waters, serene, tranquil, as though if you looked long enough, you'd fall to the bottomless pit of her iris. And fall you will, she just won't be there to catch you.

Rosy lips and cheek, there's a fire deep within her soul that keeps her going on. Almost a cloak of an ethereal aura eclipses her in a shroud; she walks with dignity and purpose, with pulchritude, and with a destination. Graceful strides and lissome frame, she gives the impression of sureness and independent stability, but one can always be mistaken. Unaccustomed to hardships for the most part, she¡¯s really much more a delicate young blossom as opposed to a sturdy oak. Let her walk on with that stride of hers, a clever display as though of an empty threat.

And yet, however paradisiacal her physical attributes may seem, she has her flaws, make no mistake about that. Often hidden beneath her clothing, painfully stretched still, lurks upon her shoulder. Causing pain in the most inconvenient times of urgencies or need, not many even know of the blemish¡¯s presence, something she¡¯s worked hard to keep that way; elusive as usual. Where, how, or when she came in possession of such a horrid marking she will not say, but perhaps it is the mere fact that she isn¡¯t really sure for herself. Maybe an oddly shaped birthmark, it is but another blemish.

Trained and lethal, a clone as of the other Career Districts. But who can blame them? Accustomed to her opulent fortune to be born in such an excellent district, she is oft to find things mundane and far from her liking. But calling her a spoiled prat, isn¡¯t exactly accurate either. She¡¯s got a heart, more than many can say; or at least for those who have been raised, hand fed by the Capitol. Oh absolutely, compassionate in her odd, frigid way, though she¡¯s far too much a conformist to say anything halfway decent about the poorer districts. Which of course, makes her all the more snobbish and an elitist. And yet do not doubt her, for when sudden urges of reckless guilt erupts, no one can ever exactly tell what¡¯s coming from her.

Now charisma wise, she¡¯s a master. An absolute magnet for social life, there¡¯s only a teensy little problem, well really, more than a slight fault to her charm. She¡¯s a trickster, a liar, and cunning actress. Make a promise with her, and the likeliness of ever receiving that favor has all but vanished. A master manipulator, she can use her looks to best of her advantage, and yet she always falls short of expectations. An extreme procrastinator, she¡¯s used to living the good life, and if by any chance she¡¯s chosen in the Reaping, there¡¯s a fifty-fifty-chance both ends being the extreme. She either dies from a silly blunder due to lack of motivation, or rises to the challenge, and hones in on all her training and practice she¡¯s gotten. Then again, she¡¯s always been extraordinarily lucky.

But lastly, she¡¯s surprisingly clever. You¡¯d think someone with her pedigree would be rather dimwitted, something she¡¯s far from. What makes her such a clever little liar? Her wit. Wit and cunning that is, a whole lot of it. Incredibly instinctive, she¡¯ll be quick to trust her gut feeling when in a tricky situation, though there¡¯s always a bit of calculating put in. Only problem is, sometimes she thinks too much of a situation. Often she will over speculate a circumstance, causing unnecessary, overdramatic actions that aren¡¯t always the wisest of choice. Whether these involve matters of heart or a real problem, this could certainly be her downfall. She¡¯s always had flair for theater, and always will.

Her history is none too astounding to the ear, certainly not enough to spark an enormous amount of inquisitional interest. Questionable perhaps, but ordinary. Raised with both parents, each with respectable careers and social status. Starting her training young as any parent of a Career district would, they weren¡¯t too disappointed. Family life good, there¡¯s too much distinction between herself and the rest of the Upper Class Districts.

Now social wise, was a different story. Aforementioned, was a strong charisma. Though it served her well to gather a little clique of followers, she¡¯s never really had a real friend, an equal nor confident could she speak to in comfort. No doubt does she sorely want one, the trouble is she can¡¯t seem to find one. Family well off, history good, she questions why, but has ploughed on friendless for as long as she can remember.

The only real issue in her past, is she¡¯s never felt the real term of parental, or friendly affection. A superficial strain of it for sure, but never the real thing. Perhaps this is what has made her so standoffish and cold, for her parents place her as a humanly object to be looked at rather than talked to. Sure, they care for her necessities in earnest, but emotional luxuries are rare. But determined to make her parents proud somehow, she lives by a motto; No one ever wakes up one morning and decides to be special. And maybe that¡¯s why she tries so hard to achieve it.

Training, an affair long assosciated with the districts that have been pampered by the Capitol, is another commonality she shares with the rest. Knives, spears, and bow she has mastered, and yet she seems medicore at first site. Her speed is a plausible plus, but again, her lack of motivation is a serious flaw. But raised to love and appreiciate the Games, she'll be as much of a threat as anyone else.

Hmmmm, she almost became a Mary Sue. That would've been catastrophic, thankfully I changed it. :3 (it's rather scattered, I sorta included some personality traits in the history...oops)
