Cloe has deep chocolate brown eyes just like her mother. She also has a blunt nose that makes her very self conscious. Her eyebrows are quite low down making her look angry somtimes when shes not. her mouth is turned up into a beautiful smile most of the time. her ears are pierced and small.

Cloe is 4"3 and quite skinny but not starved. Her face is oval shaped and her hair falls just past her shoulders. It is straight and silky.She has a slender neck and slight shoulders. Her arms are skinny yet muscular and her legs are long.

Cloe is mean and rude. She thinks she is better than everyone else just becase she might be better with weapons. She thinks anyone bad with them isn't even worthy of respect and politeness. If she dosn't know them or recognise them from training she will either ignore them or just be rude. According to her, manners are reserved for skilled people and the dinner table.

Cloe has some friends and is nicer once she is friends with them. Althogh she is gossipy and mean behind their back somtimes. But if you are nice to he you can trust her almsot completely. She makes her friends easily as loads of people want to be her friends, but she is carful when choosing out of them. Her best relationships are with her family.

Cloe's mean traits can cause some probelems somtimes. Her friends get fed up with their secrets being told or she was mean directly to their face. But it can solve them to. If a friend is being bullied or stalked or somthing Cloe will stand up to whoever it is. Cloe is a goody two shoes in the peeckeepers eyes as she has never spoken bad of panem or broken the law.

Cloe was taught everything by her father. Because her mother moved to district 8 as a peacekeeper when she was 7. Her father beleaved the same things that Cloe now does. Having a lack of a motherly figure has led to Cloe's lack of
considerationfor other peoples feelings.

Aswell as that when Cloe was 9 her older brother Glen died after being caught stealing food. Cloe had to witniss his death as they shot him in the head on her doorstep. This has also led to her never breaking the law along with her respect for peacekeepers. Cloe is slightly scared of peackeeperswhich has led to her not keeping in contact. The last time Cloe saw her mother was at her brothers funeral.

Cloe's school years have been good and bad. She has had good friends but has had solitude aswell. For a few months after her mother left, Cloe was pretty happy being alone as she didn't want to talk to anyone and others copped on to that and left her alone. The same went for after her brother died, exept that time she took around a year. Other than that Cloe's friends were pretty supportive of her but they did relise that after those experiences she had changed,because before all this happened Cloe was generally a nice person.
