Victory is gorgeous and everyone knows it. She's not afraid to admit it either. Though she does know she's kind of... normal I guess you could say. She is beautiful, yes, but there's nothing about her that makes her stand out. She can't stand it either. She is tall, 5"8 without heels, but not supermodel tall. Her hair is dirty blonde. Not bleech blonde or even black. She's not super tan either. Just medium skinned. Her eyes aren't really anything special either. Just a dark brown. But most people would say that's her best feature. She can work magic with her eyes. She can seduce you in in a second. She could make you believe anything she says and one of her biggest tricks is she can make you spill almost anything. Even your darkest secrets. Though, that only seems to work on some people.

Even though Vic isn't the tallest girl around, she isn't short. Which comes to an advantage at times. She's fast, but defintley not the quickest. She is quite agile, which makes up for her lack of speed. Though she may look small and breakable, trust me, she's not. She can lift a good 80 pounds and has an amazing arm. Though she may not be perfect, she is someone to look out for because when faced with a life or death situation she never chooses death.

Victory loves to seduce people. That may sound horrible, but the more people she has wrapped around her finger she figures the better. And wrapped around her finger are many people. Especially her father. She is the definition of a daddy's girl. She is such a girly girl, well that's what she wants people to believe at least. She really isn't afraid to get a little dirty. She knews if she goes with this front people won't make her work. As if she would work anyway! Risk breaking a nail?! As if!

She may play it cool but Victory has a jealousy problem. Anyone that is better then her she automatically hates. No matter what it is. She need to be the best. At everything. Also Vic get's easily frustrated. Very easily. She's a perfectionist so if just one little thing is wrong she may end up throwing a hissy fit. Literally. This could be a huge problem for her. Oh yeah. Did I mention she can hold a grudge? Like, a major one. So if you make her mad, get ready, because she will be after you.

Victory is naturally curious. If there is something she dosen't know about she will do her best to go and figure it out. Which at times may be quite dangerous. One of her worst traits would have to be that she almost never listens to directions. She likes to do her own thing and be independent. Even though she may seem harsh and mean, when she meets someone she actually likes she is truly a kind and compassionate person. She will listen to their problems and help them out. Even as shocking as that may seem, it's the truth.

Vic comes from quite a wealthy family. They have always been well off. There really isn't a need for her parents to work. Which her mother dosen't. Her father does though. When she asks him why he says he enjoys it. She can never figure that one out. Work?Ugh! She was born on a beautiful spring day. The flowers were in bloom and the birds were singing. Her parents always tell her a perfect day for a perfect daughter. She always rolls her eyes at them. Perfect? She wishes.

Her parents had to try so hard to have a child. It took almost 15 years after their marriage for her mother to concieve her. They had wanted a child for so long and were blessed when Victory came into the world. There is a reason for her name. From the moment her parents got married they new they wanted their child to be a victor of the Hunger Games. She literally despises them for this. She couldn't believe they would go and plan her life for her! They always tell her if her name isn't pulled at the reaping by the time she's 18 she must volunteer. Her name reminds her to much of this so she insists that everyone calls her Vic instead of Victory. But she is reminded of her fate every time she's home.

Vic has had a pretty easy going life. She always gets what she wants and people adore her. Well most people at least. She has plenty of friends, but only a few close ones. They are the only ones that ever hear her complain. She started her Career Training at the same time everyone else did and does quite well. She may not be the fastest or the strongest but she is defintley the most agile. Even though she still hates her parents for choosing her life for her, she actually enjoys her training. Even with her parents pushing her to the point where she wants to punch them in the face, she is going to do her best to get in that arena before she's 18. And do what she can to come out alive.
