She was a medium sized person. She is about 5"4-5"5. Her hair is blonde, not the regular blonde but the blonde like the color of the sand. She is not a very tan person. She does go out a lot but is usually covered in clothes.

Her face is almost flawless. She had some bruises on her checks from the times she had fought with her father. Her legs have some bruises on them also. Her hair is in a pony tail most of the time. Her eyes were a light blue. But not a ordinary light blue, the kind of blue that you see in a ocean off of the carribean.

Flaws: She cares for people a lot of the time. She also has no remorse for killing something. She would rather kill something then try to keep it alive unless it is her friend or family member. She tends to have a mental disorder also. She is partially bipolar. Her mind tends to wander from a depressed state to a mental state of wanting to kill things. When her mind switches she has no controlling it. She can be talking to you all nice and happy and as giddy as a school girl. But a simple word can trigger her to become depressed or worse try to kill you. Scarlet is also very manipulative at certain times. She can try to use her girlish charm to try and get stuff. She is also a little lazy at times. Not all the times but enough to make people mad at her. Her physical flaw about her self is that she has wobbly knees.

Likes: She likes guys. She also likes to be around her friends a lot of the time. She likes to go walking around the district and also try out some styles of fighting with her friends when she has the time.She also liked it when she had time to her self some times. She loved just getting out, relaxing, seeing the district, and well just being normal for a change. She also loves the idea of being able to go to the games and come home a victor.

Dislike: She has this urge to hate every other district. She hates being confined to her house a lot of the time when she gets in trouble. She hates the fat that she goes every year hoping to be picked for the games and gets denied. She dislikes a lot of guys from her district. She also hates the capital. She hates them but is afraid to say anything negative about them.

Scarlet grew up in district 2. Her mother was Sandra and her father was William O'Hare. Her father worked in the stone mines a lot of the time. So she never got to really know her dad. Her mom was always at home. Scarlet didn't know a time when she didn't see her mom. At the age of 10 Scarlet started to get the mental disorder of anger and depression. It was really hard for Scarlet to block out her stuff at school it caused her to not be liked by a lot of her classmates.
At age 13 She started to train for the games after going through one reaping already. She trained with her father who was now starting to come back into her life. The father liked to use hand to hand combat on her over the years always teaching her what to block and when to attack someone. This went on for about a couple more years letting Scarlet to get to know her dad a lot more.
At age 16 Scarlet stopped paying attention to most people. She had started to become friends with peacekeepers and watched them come and go from the district. She started to train herself not for just the games but to become a Peacekeeper. She saw what they went through and liked the idea. She told her mother what she wanted to do and scared the living daylights out of her. From that day on she has been running, lifting weights,and what ever else needs to be done to become a peacekeeper when she hits the age.
