Iggy Stevenson is a tall teenager with a slight frame. Iggy is very strong and capable of fighting despite the slightness. In fact it perhaps has given him an increased speed. He has trained for years preparing for the time he could volunteer to be in the arena leaving him with calloused hands and swift movements that are faster then any of the other boys. Scars from training decorate his knuckles and knees.

His blond hair has no inbetween state. It is always a mess. He keeps it long enough that the bangs cover his eyes since he can't afford sunglasses. It doesn't help that he can't see in order to fix it. But otherwise he has a relatively well kep appearance though occasionally his clothes don't exactly match. But everyone thinks he does that on purpose.

A mulititude of scars cover his kness elbows and knuckles from the training. His skin tone almost matches the scars so they don't show that much. His feet are calloused from years of training and going barefoot. He tends to go barefoot even more now so he can feel the Earth around him with more ease. And sometimes he carries his father's old cane especially when ever he is too tired to feel as well.

Iggy is definitely a Tribute. Causing others pain doesn't bug him one bit. But most of the time if he inflicts pain it isn't intentional. In fact if it wasn't for his dad's push for him to be strong he would never dream of hurting anyone even if it doesn't bug him. Iggy almost felt relieved when his father stopped pushing him to volunteer when he reaches the age 16 but the consequences were quite great.

Iggy is rather mischevious and loves to pull pranks but sometimes his pranks go awry. In fact he has accidentally cut off someone's ear before with a homemade jack-in-the-box bomb. But he wasn't punished due to his condition. In fact he was given the job of polishing the Peacekeeper equipment instead of working in the mines. But he despises the fact people take it easy on him. He is tired of people feeling sorry for him.

Even though he feels slightly blessed by his condition he also feels cursed. He remembers what it was like before and sometimes feels bitter. During these times he is sulky or extremely angry. More often then not he just gets clucked at by his mother and sent to his room. And despite his cheery exterior. He is often depressed.

Iggy Stevenson was born during a muggy June morning 15 years ago. He was the first and only child to his parents so his father pushed him hard to one day be prepared to be in the Hunger Games even though his mother was against it. He never complained though because despite the hard work and sore muscles he was fine. He wanted to give his father a reason to be proud.

But his father took things too far. He learned of a Capitol program that was attempting to create the perfect fighter by sharpening their eyesight and causing their muscles to be even stronger. He signed Iggy up despite the fact his wife begged him not to. Iggy didn't complain. He just ke[t tinkering and playing until at the age of ten he was taken to a secret facility.

A year later he was brought back home with the most devestating of injuries. The chemicals they had used had made him go blind and his mother was so devestated that upon hearing the news she fainted. Despite the fact his muscles were now well developed, he was considered useless by his father. Iggy was given easy jobs in the mine for four years until he caused an accident during one of his pranks. This accident caused the foreman to lose his ear but whispers kept Iggy safe. Instead he went to work for the Peacekeepers.

His life isn't anything like he had planned but still Iggy tries hard. He never knows if, even with his condition, he can ever be safe from the games.

Not sure on an FC. I've been trying to find a blond guy that isn't taken but so far no luck. I wanted Tom Felton but someone mentioned he could not be used until after the 60th since he was a previous games FC.
