Age: Seventeen
Gender: Male
District/Area: District 1
Appearance:

- Very, very small for a Career, standing at about 5'4".
- Weighs in at about 125 pounds.
- Short brown hair.
- Green eyes.
- Physically weak, but good at hiding.
- Despite his size, has an unusually low voice.
- Terrible posture, usually slumps down and looks at his feet as he walks and sits.
- Has difficulty making eye contact with others.
- Round cheeks, looks several years younger than he actually is.
- Clean, plain clothes.

Personality:

- Constantly self-conscious.
- Bullied by other Careers.
- Unskilled in most social situations.
- Awkward.
- Depressed.
- Intelligent
- Observant
- Quiet, shy.

History:

- Born to Career parents that are brutal and somewhat uncaring.
- Their other child died in the Hunger Games, a failure in their eyes. That's why they named their next child Victor, out of hope that he would one day be a success.
- Is a failure in most training, though he uses his smarts for some things that he can handle, such as survival skills. Most other skills, like wielding most weapons (other than a bow and a whip, that is) are past his abilities.
- Has a few friends who are also social outcasts, though none are Careers.
- His parents are mostly disappointed in him for not being an all-around perfect Career, but they take pride in his few other skills, though they still push him and allow him little freedom in life other than training. He has a strict schedule, training hours every day, mostly with survival situations and wielding the two weapons he is competent with.
