6'2'' tall, weighing about 162 lbs. Slightly muscular. Blonde, messy hair. Thick eyebrows. Dark blue eyes. Thick lips, often chapped. Really large nose that protrudes. Flat stomach, no apparent abs. Clammy hands. Long legs. Pale skin. Dresses in t-shirts with sweaters and button ups. Denim pants or sweatpants. Simple running shoes.

Not the most intelligent, sort of dense. Very friendly and caring, always there to be a good friend and to stand up for the ones he cares about. Stubborn, fights for his opinion. Tries to always do the best thing possible. Loves music and singing but he won't admit it. Really athletic.

Father is Frank Palmer. Mother is Heather Wright. Father passed away when he was really young, leaving Jackson to live with his mother through childhood. Had a fairly normal life. Never did extraordinarily well in school but always did well in athletics. Discovered he had a singing talent when he was young. He was bathing in the family bathroom when the janitor of his wing walked by, catching a bit of Jackson singing. He told him later that he was talented, but Jackson denied ever singing.
