Patch has short black hair. It is slightly wavy, but only enough to add a fashionable style. He has brown eyes that are often seen as cold and unwelcoming. His lips are normal, but are always in a scowl or a cruel, cunning or sly smile. It is rare if a pleasant smile is ever provoked to his lips, rare and far apart. Patch is tall, a bit taller than average, he has well muscled arms, legs and torso. He is handsome, but not enough that girls go flying towards him. Patch has one hand missing. He was born with a club hand and he has nothing there just a stump. It doesn’t stop him from intimidating people though.

Patch likes to wear shirts or singlets; he hates to wear jumpers or skivvies, it doesn’t bother him showing of his club hand. Patch likes to wear shorts or pants. He loves to wear baggy jeans that bring on the gangster look; to him it makes him look more intimidating. Patch usually wears a baseball cap with everything. He has a pair of sneakers; they are the only shoes he owns. If he has to wear something long sleeved he prefers jackets with the zip undone. That way it hangs loosely at his sides. The jacket needs to have a hood, for it to be appropriate for his standards.

Patch is a very intimidating guy when you first meet him. He can be very scary, he is very mean. Patch loves to fight; he can’t back down from any challenge. He loves blood, gore and pain especially one he is the one wielding it on to others. Above all Patch loves to see a scared face, he loves the terror and the looks of pain and agony, or the eyes wide with fear, he loves to cause that reaction to people. You could say he was a monster. Patch is really cruel and lives to inflict pain on others.

Patch is a really mysterious guy, not many people know much about him. In fact only his closest friend Leah knows anything about his life. Patch’s life is surrounded in mystery and most, basically everyone is scared of him they fear him. You can never tell if Patch is joking or if he is being serious. Patch is a very serious guy and is very good at keeping his emotions well hidden behind cold eyes. Patch never reveals his emotions to anyone, but Leah. He is a very aggressive person and will get into any fight for no reason. He has a really short temper that can flare for the smallest reason. Patch hates nonsense and lies even though he wields lies as easily as he tells the truth. Lies are the truth to him, but if anyone was to lie to him... yeah you get the point. Patch is a big hypocrite as you have probably figured out.

He is very smart, witty and intelligent. He has a quick reaction and has very good instincts that help him when he’s stuck, they can get him out of anything. Patch can get himself out of any situation, whether it is using his sharp tongue or his muscles, it doesn’t bother him. He is a very “persuasive person”. Patch can be a nice person, but only to those he likes and only when he is in a good mood. Patch meets Leah in a robbery that lead to murder. They became great friends as they are both very similar. Leah is the only person that Patch wouldn’t hurt they have been friends for years, Patch loves Leah and she loves him. He cares about her so much.[/justify]

Patch loves the Hunger Games; he can’t wait till he gets into them. He loves the thrill and excitement whenever he sees someone die or pain. Leah shares this same passion. Patch loves the games so much that he trains for them. He has learnt how to throw knives and use the axe. He as also learned things like ediable plants and fire making. Patch has learnt these few things from books and people as well as old stories, although he rarely gets to practice as there is no forest to practice these skills in.

Patch taught himself these skills with the help of Leah. They practice in the house or in a secluded area in the back streets of the district. Only Leah and Patch live in the house so it’s usually good enough for them to practice in without anyone knowing. Patch did learn some of these skills from his father, who he murdered. Patch killed him because he was going to sell Patch out for dealing drugs. Patch didn’t like it so he stabbed his dad. Leah helped dispose of the body. His sister has moved district for poisoning their district mayor. He doesn’t know if she is dead or alive.

As Patch and Leah train together it also contributes to their ability to use stealth and have self defence skills as well as all their other skills in combat and survival, they believe they are well prepared for the arena. Patch has one soft side. That is his love for Leah Indigo, Patch would protect Leah Indigo with his life; he wouldn’t let anyone touch her. He loves her.[/justify]
