Appearance:

David is one of those guys who has the face that you for some reason never forget. He has a mixture of blond and brown hair. He loves poetry so he likes to describe it as "The ghost of my ancestors trying to block the sun from me" A to of people don't know what that means. He has big brown eyes. His ears are long and pointy. He almost never similes. He always keeps a strait face.

He is on the taller side at about 6 feet 3 inches. He has pale skin even though he is always out in the fields of eleven. He tends to swet a lot during his time in the fields so he always looks like he just ran a 5K. He is a really strong dude. He can lift a lot of weight at one time. He tends to not be a fast runner though.

Personality:

David is really unaware of whats around him. Most people would call him clumsy because of this. He tends to trip over almost anything while he's running. David is also a very deep and poetic person. Although he may seem like an athlete, he really isn't. He loves to release his feelings through all different kinds of write. There isn't one aspect of his life (happy or sad) that he hasn't written down.

David is a very calm person. He never takes anything to seriously. Even when the people of eleven get really mad and start to go on strikes, witch kills people, he doesn't seem to care about it. He is considered by his peers to be coldhearted. He also trust people to easily. He will believe anything that anyone says. This just hurts him more then they stab him in the back. This may be why is just keeps to himself.

David is a responsible person. He will do anything you ask him to do. This most likely is because of the fact that he trust everyone he talks to. He doesn't believe in the Capitol's cause though. He thinks that everyone should have an equal chance to get money and have a good life. Not just the people in Districts 1, 2, and 4.. not to mention the Capitol.

History:

David was born 3rd out of seven kids in this family. From an early age this made him think that he wasn't wanted or cared about as much. His father died when he was at the age of 15. So he volunteered to take his place on the fields. There he witnessed the pain that District eleven goes through every day. This is when he really started to put what he saw into words.

His family could barely afford paper so he made every sheet count. Once he started to write, he started to stay away from other people. He drew farther and farther away from the people that cared about him. He didn't care about them in the first place though because he thought he wasn't wanted. Although most of the District hated watching there children die in the hunger games, David found it as a way to ignore real life. He got the idea that if he was reaped and he won. All of his pain and suffering would end. His mom said it was selfish though because everyone else in the district had a worse life.

He started to lift weights in his spare him. Not the weights that people in 1 or 2 would use. He would volunteer to do overtime and carry some of the big packages of food to the train for a free work out. He started to get good at lifting and balance but for some reason he was still just clumsy. He thought that that was just the way he was built.
