Tori is rather thin, and isn't the tallest among the crowd but more like an average height. She has straight, occasionally wavy brownish red hair that is fairly long, but she has threatened to cut it shorter many times because it's a bother when she's trying to help out with the ranch.

She has light skin, but not too pale because she enjoys going outside in the sun to play with the animals. Her eyes are a nice green shade, that she got from her father. She has light freckles sprinkled across her nose during the summertime, and always has a bright smile. She often has cuts and scrapes on her body.

Tori is rather optomistic and rarely sees the negative sides of things. This part of her innocence is what her father still loves about her, despite the fact she's a teenager. This causes some problems because she often doesn't think realistically because that would involve being upset about something.

She is good with animals and generally can soothe them with her words, but she isn't very strong at all. She also is manipulated easily because she trusts others too soon. She is a bit of a hopeless romantic as well, though her father saw to it that she hasn't had a date once in her entire life. Being that most of her height is in her legs she's a pretty fast runner, and she's rather adventerous and daring which is why she usually has cuts and scrapes all over herself.

She doesn't like to think things through first, and rather be spontaneaous and live in the moment, which can lead to a lot of problems with getting into trouble with various things. She is very caring towards everyone and is usually filled with good advice that she gets from her mother. She is often seen as weird though, so her social circle sometimes is rather limited.

Tori was a happy baby from the day she was born. She didn't cry very much and was always smiling. Her mother and father had two children before her, her brother being 19 now and her other brother being 16 now, making her the baby of the family. She was always the "Daddy's Girl" type with trying to stay out of trouble, but she'd often get scolded for the cuts and scrapes she'd get while playing.

When she was little she enjoyed watching her father and mother care for the animals at the ranch and her brothers often let her help out. Now that she is old enough to do some things she helps out the best to her ability, growing a soft spot for the animals. She sometimes wishes that her family were as rich as the ones in District 1 but she's happy with her current family. Thanks to their district keeping up with District 11, they at least get to be fed and nurtured with the little money they have.

Though Tori feels lonely at times, because she is random and weird at times, she has quite a few friends and talks to the animals as if they are her best friends. She has always gotten along with boys better, and even has a lifelong friend that's a boy. She feels over protected by her brothers a lot of times, but she keeps a grin on her face and helps out her mother the most, taking in all the wise sayings she has to offer her.
