Devon is a average height person. He stands about 5"5. He has blue eyes that reflect that almost reflect the color of the ocean on a bright sunny day on the beaches of hawaii. His hair is as yellow as the sandy beaches in the carribean.

He is decentley sized when it comes to muscles. He has a decent farmers tan. You can see where he wears his shirt a lot of the time from the tan lines. His legs had a interesting tan line on them. He was use to wearing shorts a lot of the times. Right where the knees cut off he had a bright pale skin showing .

Devon is a interesting person. He has a split personality. One side is a rule breaker and hates to do waht he is told. But then another side of him wants to follow the rules and do what ever he can to take down stuff.

He cares a lot for his brother devroux even though he hasn't seen him in a while. He is a happy fellow when he is not going through multiple personalities. His major flaw is that he cares a little to much for people. If he sees someone in trouble he is willing to help them out a lot.

He is also has a very interesting fear. He is afraid of being alone in a quiet place. When he his alone he feels like something can happen. He gets to be as helpless as a lost puppy. He also can be very dominate. If you mess with his brother or friends he will be willing to almost kill you if he has to.

Devon grew up with a full house or what felt like one to him. He had three older brothers. They were always people he looked up to. He Looked up toward Devroux the most. He tried to always hang around him the most when they were in the fields picking the food for the harvest. Devon didn't really grow up around other kids. He had friends that he could hang around but at the same time he did not want to lose the time to be with his brother.

About the age of 12 Devon he started to slack in school. He started to become a little rebel so to speak.He started to think of ways to help out his brothers and their plans to start a rebellion. He was always pushed away for being to young. But he started to not listen to them and went around them.

For the next three years Devon started to learn how to start fires and get away with causing damage to capital buildings. Devon had seen some bad things happen in the last three years for him. His brother Devroux had started a rebellion or tired to with his brothers and others in the district. Devroux sacrificed himself to save his brothers. No one had seen but Devon saw everything. For the last amount of time he has been planning to get revenge on the capital to try and find his brother.
