[justify]History
My name is Zilla, and I am a sneaky kid. I have been for a while, thats just the way I am. I was born 14 years ago to my ma and pa. Both were very poor people, still are. With 5 mouths to feed, both my parents struggled to keep up with money so even putting bread on the table was tricky. I was 7, the eldest child; when the inevitable happen. My pa was working down the medicine place- the one on Nocturne Avenue- when it went up. He was killed instantly, which was alright cause he didn't suffer. So he left me and my brothers and lil' sister alone.
My ma became stressed and sick over keeping us alive. She'd often just break down and leave us to our own devices in the end. I reckon it was the stress that cause her to go crazy- when I say crazy, I mean she don't do anything anymore; all she does is stare out the window and sleep. So that left me in charge. It was hard, cause of school and stuff, but I managed to find something I could do.
We were starving, brothers and sisters were crying like monkey's and I was annoyed. Walking through the streets looking for food, I came across the bakery's back door. It was open-pretty much an invitation for me to go in. Stupid hag shouldn't of left the bread on the side, then again; I should've checked if she was in there first. She screamed, I grabbed the bread and ran. I wasn't a very good runner- so with the keepers after me, I needed to think fast. I noticed a drain pipe, and a ledge. So, I tried to climb it. Somehow I got to the ledge and hid there til the coast was clear.
I liked stealing, so I did it again and again. You could say I enjoyed it. Its my pass time, I steal to stay alive. Its the way of the world. Yeah I've been caught but that won't stop me. Until I'm hanging at the gallows- I will steal for my siblings and ma.
Personality
If you haven't noticed, I'm a bit cocky. I don't mix with adults, they're all to serious. I like stirring things up a bit, make things fun. Course' can't do that with boring people. I have to talk back, show them whose boss. Most kids aren't well, so happy about that; but they have to live with it.
As I mentioned, I'm sneaky. I can weasel out of most situations, though sometimes I can't avoid a whipping. I'm careful with my words when speaking to keepers. I'm good with words, I guess. I talk alot, too much according to my teachers; but when I need to be quiet, I will.
Though I seem like a very sweet and cheeky person, I have a short temper. I can be a bit, nasty. Specially if you wind me up. On occasions I've punched kids cause they've ticked me off; one kid ended up in the hospital but that don't matter much, not now anyway. Violence isn't one of my strong points, but it happens.
Appearence
I have chestnut redish hair, an unusal color. Only kid in my family to have it in 3 generations. I like it short, classic bob cut. Keeps out my way when I'm stealing. I have peachy skin, like most girls in District 6. Since about a month ago, it can become a little spotty but I don't mind really. My lips are forever chapped and dry, so have to apply chapstick when I can get my hands on some. I remember my dad calling me bright eyes cause, well my eyes are almost translucent green. Boys, older than me of course, that they sparkle like glass caught in the sunlight.
I'm tall for my age, nearly 5 foot 9. Most of my family are tall, my Dad was almost 7 foot. Lanky arms, lanky legs. Ostrich girl, is what the girls call me. I don't like being tall, makes my job harder. I can't fit into small spaces like I used to, so I have to be careful where I choose to hide. My feet are size 6, so like the rest of me; is larger than usual. Size six shoes are hard to come by, but I find them. I wouldn't say my body's a healthy hourglass figure, but it certainly is one.

No need to bump, Ali, we always find the new apps! It's hard to write these things in first person but because she's cocky, it totally works. Well done!
