Pandora has long curly hair the colour of milk chocolate that reaches to her lower back. Her skin is a creamy white, though not too white to be considered pale and freckles run from under her left eye, across her nose and ending under her right eye. . The girl's eyes are a brilliant bright blue. Her lips are a natural pink that is a few shades darker then rose red and are usually always cut up or chapped, due to a skin condition.

Pandora is average height for her age, and is slightly curvy. Her legs are long and make it easy for her to run far distances faster. She is incredibly flexible and though she looks small, she an handle herself in a fight. Most of Pandora's left leg is covered in a large birthmark that resembles a bad burn. It is very distracting and takes away from her appearance.

Pandora is one of those girls that everyone likes. Everyone wants to be like her and be with her. But what everyone doesn't know, is that Pandora is completely opposite to what she appears. She is sometimes compared to the sun, with her happy attitude, but in truth, she is more like the new moon. Dark and cold. She hates herself more then she hates anything and often puts herself down. Pandora will not let others see her darkness, in fear of trying to be helped. She doesn't believe she needs any help.

The girl enjoys the rain and playing soft music or singing. She loves to paint, as well. Pandora is good at fixing things and remembering helpful herbs even though she does not want to go into her district's industry. She is terrified of being selected as a tribute, because she thinks that she would die first. Pandora has little self-confidence and doesn't believe in herself at all. She doesn't even believe she has a real friend.

Pandora has another deep fear of being underground. She can not stand it and will either freak out and scream or faint. This fear was developed randomly and Pandora can not remember even why she has that fear. Her last big fear is of weapons. She can't bear to hold one, for the thought of even harming someone is too much to bear.

The reason for Pandora's hatred of herself is because she hates being weak and quiet and not being able to do anything. She would do anything for the courage to try and stop the Capitol from harming even more children in their vicious games.

Pandora Seyer was born in District 6 to a loving family. She is an only child and was often lonely growing up. Her parents loved her very much, and always cared for her. Pandora was a happy little girl until she began to realize what the world she lived in was all about. Fear. Hatred. Blood lust.

She began to have nightmares every night about being thrown into the arena as a tribute and dying. She had disturbing thoughts of dead children in her mind for weeks after watching the games every year. Pandora hates everything that the capitol stands for, but she was always too shy and not confident to speak up.

Pandora's mother died of an illness when she was 10 and she still hasn't gotten over it. Her father does all he can to keep her happy, and he believes it works, since she always acts happy around others. Pandora wishes that there could be harmony throughout all of Panem.
